 Nei comuni con più di 15.000 abitanti  
 l'elettore può:                        

 - votare un candidato sindaco;         
 - votare una lista e il voto si estende
   anche al candidato sindaco;          
 - votare un candidato sindaco e una    
   delle liste collegate;               
 - votare un candidato sindaco e una    
   delle liste non collegate (cosiddetto
   "voto disgiunto").
